How do I turn off iPhone activation lock after I find my iPhone?

i Lost my iPhone 5S and activated the lock screen via find my iPhone. Someone found my iPhone before it had contacted the Internet. It was lost in a Mational Park and was miles away from cellular coverage. How do I turn off the activation lock?

thanks for the help.

If the phone really wasn't connected to Wifi or Cellular, then it won't be locked. However, it will lock automatically once it gets in range of a network again.

When you locked the iPhone on Find My iPhone, there were two options. If your iOS device already had a passcode, that passcode is what you would enter to unlock the device. If you didn't have a passcode, it would have asked you to choose a passcode, and that passcode will be required to unlock the device. iCloud: Use Lost Mode
