Final Cut - Problems with .jpg images | .png and etc.

Hi, I did all you said and still not working. I now have the 10.2.3 version! Do I have to erase something else? Need real help here. Thanks. I attached a picture so you can see the problem as well.

PD: It's a png file

I'm working with a Macbook pro from late 2011 with el Capitan system, 16 gb RAM. The png resolution is 3508 × 4961. At this moment I only need this picture, it's a photoshop export. I've been trying with other pictures and some of them don't work as well but some other do work.

Did the same images work in 10.2?

Do new images added to a new library work?

Select the Library in the Libraries pane.

File > Delete Generated Library Files

Delete all Render files.

Also, quit FCPX, re-launch while holding the cmd-opt keys, delete pref files.

What are the complete system specs? What is the frame resolution of the images? How many images are we talking about?

The graphics are important. What graphics card and VRAM?

Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB

VRAM 512 MB

That's probably not enough. if you don't really need the image to be that big, reduce its size to that of the project, 1080 tall for instance.
