im trying to set up an apple id for my child through family sharing but it continues to give error message "cannot connect to server" i have disabled my antivirus protection and it still will not work. What else can i do?
I keep getting the error message "cannot connect to server" while attempting to setup an apple id for my child through family share. I have turned off my antivirus protection and it still is not working. What else can i try to fix this problem?
