Q: itunes 12.1.2 will not install

Attempted to download iTunes 12.1.2, but it will not install correctly - Message - Error 7 (Windows error 127)

Now I cannot open iTunes on my computer - Message - The procedure entry point CMTimeConvertScale could not be located in the dynamic link library Core Media.dll

When I plug in my iPod nano (4th generation) the only file visible is: .metadata_never_index. No music, playlists, etc.

Anyone have any ideas?

Howdy L1013,

The article linked below details a number of steps that can help get iTunes successfully installed on your computer.
