Q: Missing Aperture projects

After importing Aperture library into the new Photos, most of the Projects I had in Aperture don't show up. Albums shows only ten of the over 40 projects I had. Would it be smart/possible to start over, delete the current Photos library and re-import?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

If Media Browser doesn't show your entire Photos library
