Q: i cannot get my wireless keyboard to work after it has not been used for 6 months. I have changed the batteries twice and it still will not work. help!

I cannot get my wireless keyboard to be "discoverable" even after I have changed the batteries several times.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Hello marijean,

It sounds like you're having trouble pairing your wireless keyboard. If you aren't seeing the indicator light come on illustrated here it may be that the keyboard has a hardware issue:
