Unable to turn off iPhone encryption Check-box below radio button is greyed out in iTunes Summary page.

Any suggestions?

A:

Do you have an Exchange profile on your iPhone ?

Settings > General > Profile.

If so, you will need to remove the profile to uncheck the encryption.
