Q: Can't open itunes on Windows 7

This morning, I was able to open itunes on my PC just fine. Then, I updated my ipod. I then tried to update itunes but something appeared to be wrong.

I couldn't open itunes after that, so completely stripped itunes from my PC, and re-installed. I tried various other things that were recommended around the 'net, but nothing has worked. 4 hours later, it still won't open.

Any suggestions?
