Q: If I don't know my login keychain password, how do I find it? Or else, how do I get rid of the incessant requests from apps to enter the it?

I just upgraded my operating system to the most current version of OS X and now can't get anything done on my computer because I'm constantly being asked  to enter my login keychain password. I do not know my login keychain password. It is not the same as my "regular" login password and apparently not the same as any password I can think of that I might have used previously.
