After reviewing your post, it sounds like the iPad will loop any action you tell it. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Thanks for your reply! I have tried all that options you suggested, however, any of those were successful in order to solve my problem.
Do you have any other suggestion? Is it possible to make a downgrade and then upgrade again the IOS?
