i download a Japanese game from the Japan app store , then i change back country to United States , I try to buy some thing in that Japanese game , then it said you purchase could not be completed.
That would be correct. You cannot make purchases from another iTunes Store if your Apple/iTunes account (mailing address and credit card bank location) are not in the country of the Store you are purchasing from.
