iPhone 6 plus keyboard glitch - very strange

i've tried this numerous times.

I was also suggested to try the "erase all settings" in the reset menu.

both of which did not help. 😐

I'm trying to avoid the 40 minute drive to miami beach along with the 20 minutes to find parking just to go to the apple store again. lol.

any other last suggestions before i'm forced to make this trip?

yes, i stated i tried that in my last post. ^

it does in fact happen with all apps, i've been doing a ton of trouble shooting. but it is still on and off, not consistent.

So i'm not sure its an issue with the display or anything else hardware related.

My guess right now is that it's a software issue.

I found in another post on this support community that someone was experiencing a similar problem when switching from a 5S to a 6+

But someone suggested that it could've been a problem in the backup from his previous phone that messed with the screen dimensions and copied it over to the larger display causing bugs.

All i did was back up my previous 6+ and restore from that backup to the new one so it cloned my old one.

Do you think that it could be a corruption in the backup? I'd like to avoid trying to restore to brand new and manually transferring contacts and photos since it usually takes over 2 hours lol...
