I am not able to found my airport extreme in my utilities tool. It's turned on and in range, but it wont find it. Also, i tried to restore it to factory settings but it gave me an error message that says i cant connect to the airport.

Windows 8 must use a v5 utility.. 5.6.1 and the AC AE needs a v6 utility for setup.

If you have ipad or iphone use the airport utility for iOS.. it is better than Mac version and far more advanced than windows which hasn't been updated in an age.
