Q: I've forgot the answers to security questions for my account

Through the website I get to this point, "Check your inbox for an email with instructions on how to reset your security information". BUT an E-mail does not come. What should I do? I really wanted to buy Monumet Valley for $ 1, and did not have time.

No, I do not fit this option.
I live in a country where there is no representation of Apple, I can not call someone.
I can only use the e-mail.
