iTunes Media Folder

I have recently bought a Network disc and moved all my music files to that disc.

I had to tell iTunes where my new iTunes Media folder was located and all was well.

But the next time I start my Mac iTunes had decided to move the iTunes Media folder to the folder Music on my Mac, so all new recordings ended up in that folder.

I changed it back again to the Network Drive but iTunes keep moving it back after the Mac has been shut off.

Any hints on how I can make my Network drive the permanent iTunes Media folder without going into iTunes every time and change it?

Yosemite 10.10.3 installed

The network drive has to remain on and fully mounted before starting iTunes. Some people use a script or alias workaround to ensure this.
