Q: MacBook Shuts Down Suddenly or Completely Freezes
My MacBook Pro has suddently shut down at least a couple times. When booting back up, it then seems to work fine.
One evening, it also froze. The mouse pointer could move around, but clicking on anything did nothing. Holding down power button did nothing. AppleCare had me try a few things with no success. Eventually, he asked me to hold down the power button again. This time it shut down and came back up working OK.
Diagnostics has shown no problem. What else can I check? How long does Apple let this continue before they do someting, like replacing my MacBook Pro?

Confusing posts. This no longer happens. Moving to solved, although I don't have a clue what is fixed.
