Will Final Cut Pro 7 run on Yosemite?

No definitive answer.
Works for me on Yosemite, others report problems. There are problems with FCS3 Compressor.
Apple has long ago abandoned support for FCP 7, so you are on your own if you try it.

MtD, Certainly, agree with the cautionary message. But curious what are the reported Compressor problems,

Compressor <V4 apparently has Qmaster problems for distributed processing. Could not get it to work. Bought the current version of Compressor and that does work, but for me, kind of moot at this point as on Adobe CC apps 99% of the time.
There are some terminal hacks posted on the internet, to work around the Qmaster Preference Pane issue, but didn't feel the need to push it that far.
