May 16, 2015 10:30 AM in response to guyjegby Lawrence Finch,iPhones are not unlocked with codes. What carrier is the phone locked to? Did you get an email acknowledging your request? Regardless, however, unlocking is a carrier function. You need to talk to the carrier.

May 16, 2015 10:35 AM in response to guyjegby Michael Black,Have you tried restoring the iPhone as new in iTunes? That is how you will apply the unlock once it is provisioned. You will never receive a numeric code to enter somewhere as that is not how iPhones are unlocked.

May 16, 2015 10:39 AM in response to guyjegby Lawrence Finch,You are getting a runaround from Vodaphone. I'll repeat THERE IS NO CODE (NUC) TO UNLOCK AN IPHONE. Instead, the CARRIER (Vodaphone) must notify Apple that the phone should be unlocked. Once Vodaphone has done this you must reinitialize the phone and reactivate it. This is the only way an iPhone can be unlocked. If Vodaphone tells you otherwise they are lying to you. They must make this happen.
