How can the the CD be removed during the windows installation using Bootcamp? I am truing to install windows 7 using bootcamp. Everything is fine until the windows installation asked to remoce the windows CD. The ejection button does not respond.

You do not need to eject the DVD. The Mac will use it the first time, but set appropriate NVRAM variables to boot from the internal disk.

It was my mistake. I selected the default installation when I should have selected the custom installation. I should have read the instructions more carefully. Thanks anyway.
