May 16, 2015 9:19 AM in response to bellafromelginby Paul_31,Perhaps the new printer isn't 'Airprint' enabled? If not, there is a third-party solution (if you have a Mac to install it on) using software such as handyPrint or Printopia (there may be others):

i used handyPrint before I had an Airprint enabled printer and it worked a charm.

About AirPrint - Apple Support
If that's the case, you need a thrid party printing app. Search the App Store for printing apps.
