FaceTime wrong contact being connected

using 10.10.2

when i use FaceTime and select a contact it connects with a different contact!!!

when i select a contact to facetime video,a completely different contact is dialed,. the names and numbers and emails are unique.

VERY VERY WEIRD....

I am having this same problem on latest version of OSX 10.10.3

It always calls my mom regardless of what contact I select to call whether Facetime Audio or Video. I tried restarting and logging in and out of iMessage and Facetime.

Help!
