uninstall balados, ibook, hints and others useful unused apps, that took my memory

i have upgraded to an appel touch 64, surprise it is a 52, 53 in reality?

Question, how come we're not able to choose our player on ipod? and how could i gain more memory, like removing the dramatic, nobody care "hint app"

I don't twit, faceschnoutt, virodéo, and all the crap, that are there and that i have no choice but checking them invading my privacy and unable to get rid of them?

could someone, explain how could i get rid of those apps?
