Q: Automatic uploading stopped to my iCloud photo library.

Automatic uploading stopped to my iCloud photo library. It may have been because my photos maxed out my iCloud storage plan but then I increased the capacity and the uploads have not restarted. What do I do?

try pausing the upload, reboot and unpause the upoad
