I just got a new MacBookPro early 2015 and want to downgrade to Mavericks. I made a bootable USB but I get the no smoking sign when I book with it in option-power (sorry if my descriptions are bad, I'm not very technical). Is there a way to downgrade? I miss my iPhoto and the old way it looked.

Generally, no. The last version of iPhoto does work with Yosemite though, so if that's your reason, it's not necessary.

When I try to open I get "The version of iPhoto installed on this Mac is not compatible with OS X Yosemite. Download the latest version for free from the Mac App Store." then it says it can't find it in the app store
