If your question has nothing to do with the iMac G3/G4 or the last supported OS X 10.5.8, or 10.4.11

system versions that could run on that build model series, What exactly do you have and what is

the OS X version? And which browser are you using...?

{You may have to write your question again and be sure it is directed to

the correct ASC discussions area, so it will get appropriate attention.}

There are no current updates on either vintage system, save & except for occasion of full re-install.

So what OS X version and build step, and computer model specification does your situation involve?

If you do not have the kind or type of computer architecture this iMac PPC (or your old icon eMacG4)

discussions section is about, please update your profile information so we can guess intelligently and

have somewhere to look for related information that you fail to include in your post.

Also, there is an ASC section for Intel-Based iMac computers that do not use PowerPC hardware...

There is no way for anyone of us fellow users, to assist you, when there is a lack of information. 😐

Here is how Apple says to write a good question:

To help other members answer your question, give as many details as you can.

  • Include your product name and specs such as processor speed, memory, and storage capacity. Please do not include your Serial Number, IMEI, MEID, or other personal information.
  • Provide the version numbers of your operating system and relevant applications, for example "iOS 6.0.3" or "iPhoto 9.1.2".
  • Describe the problem, and include any details about what seems to cause it.
  • List any troubleshooting steps you've already tried, or temporary fixes you've discovered.
