My Macbook Air isn't charging

Basically, my Mac was working (and charging) great yesterday but then today the battery isn't charging. I've run a hardware analysis check (idk what it's called, did option + D on startup). What's happening is that the AC adapter is powering the laptop, the magsafe light is showing green (not orange), the battery is at 8% and not charging, and the computer will only start up after being shut off is the power cord is removed. I've tried an SMC reset but I'm not too sure it did anything. I've moved the charger around to different outlets on different circuits to see if the adapter wasn't getting enough wattage but that hasn't done it. I also swapped out the cord for the "duck head" on the adapter but that changed nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Below is the battery specs (if you think posting any other specs would help then please ask me to):

Try the SMC again, a couple of times if you have to.

Check the connections on both the MBA and the charger. The connection on the charger has spring loaded pins, Make certain that they move freely.

If no success, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a FREE evaluation.

Ciao.
