My iPhone won't backup my Safari bookmarks

Hello

So, I tried backing up my phone and the bookmarks show for a minute or so but then disappears suddenly

I saw people saying syncing from Macbook helps but it's NOT the bookmarks I have on Safari on my Macbook but those that I saved on my phone ONLY.

I tried shutting down my phone and closing down the Safari app.

also I realized the community is wrong but it won't let me move it, Sorry!
