i have wedding shoot files in Sony S7 Dslr Camera ! i want to capture ti this file in FCP 7 . any one know how to capture those files in FCP 7 ?

You have to convert it to ProRes 422 outside of FCP, with Compressor or MPEG STREAMCLIP or EditReady or BulletProof. FCP 7 cannot work with the files it produces, nor does Log and Transfer work as FCP 7 is 5 years old, discontinued 4 years ago, with all support for recent cameras, such as that one, no longer being updated.
But Compressor should work fine...as should the others. Remember....ProRes 422.
i think stream clip will combine all files into one , but i dont know about compressor, im using compressor for DVD out !, any idea about compressor converstion ?
If there are multiple files, then Compressor, and Stream Clip, and EditReady will keep them separate. Basically make multiple ProRes files. Not sure about Bulletproof.
im always using toast to convert files but sony s7 .mp4 files not supporting .. i will try our suggestion .➕

Whatever you use, you must convert to ProRes 422. I don't think Toast does that. ProRes is what FCP works with.
