Apple logo with progress bar during restoring iPad mini 3 (wifi only) from backup (IOS 8.3) faded and asks for again restoring.

This has been happened one month ago as well . But that time I purchase another cable and restore it replacing IOS 8.2 and update to 8.3

This time it does not work. I have tried with different cable as well.

It can be mentioned that I have to restore the Ios as because all on a sudden my ipad is shut down.

Please help.
