How do you delete an apple watch workout from the activities app?

Not sure if you found the answer yet. If not, go to the Health App>Health Data>Fitness>Workouts>Show all Data.

Find the workout you don't want and swipe it left to delete it. It'll then be gone from the activity app as well. It just worked for me.

Hi - you will need to run the activity app on your phone, tap on

Workouts ->

Swipe to the left on the workout you want to delete-> (you will then see a delete option)->

Click on Delete->

Select either Delete Workout & Data

Or

Delete Workout only

There's no method to do this directy. You can, as someone else suggested, go the the Health app and delete the relevant data points. This can be very laborious, because a single workout may include many, many data points.

Might be worth a suggestsion to Apple at the ink below - a couple of other posters here have asked for it

I tried this and it deleted the workouts from the Health app but not from the Activity app.
