Q: Photo library in shared directory - photos was unable to repair permissions on your library

Hello.

I have migrated my iPhoto the new photos app and I am happily using it on one of the two administrator accounts.

I have my photos library in the shared folder, so that theoretically two users have access to the photos library.

When I try to open the photos library from the second adminsistrator account, I get the error message "An error occurred while repairing permissions - photos was unable to repair permissions on your library" and I cannot open the library.

I tried verify and repair disk permissions using disk utility, same error message.

I ensured that the first administrator had quit the app before trying the second.

I'm using OS X 10.10.3 on a mid 2011 iMac, 3.1GHz i5 8GB RAM.

Photos is v1.0, library size is 221.57 GB.
