How do I change my debit card details for iCloud storage payments?

Thanks Chris but the only route I finally figured out was to change my details through iTunes. I forgot that all payments to Apple go through iTunes (duh) & I simply changed my account details there. Apple was going to charge my iCloud storage fees to an outdated Visa card. Thanks again for your quick reply to my poorly-drafted question. Jim
