May 17, 2015 4:08 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by theoremofgoats,Thanks, I have checked that page before. Everything checks out, except the issue is still present. By "partially submerged" I meant someone knocked half a mug of coffee over and some of it covered my phone, but it's not like the entire phone was dropped into a full mug. I wiped the phone off, took out the SIM card, turned it on and off, and then checked things out. Everything was fine from then on until today.

If you have followed the steps in the support document and have not gotten it to work, I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have the device checked.
