How to download YouTube with ios5.1.1

I read yesterday that your download the app in iTunes on your computer. Sync/install the app on your ipad from you computer with iTunes. You will be prompted if you want the older version of the app.

I have only read about this. Not sure if it works with all apps. It wasn't with youTube

Just search for YouTube in the App Store . Then when you will try to download it it'll prompt you to download an older version of YouTube . Just download the older version. Enjoy.
