greyed out duplicate songs

I have an iPod touch 5 64gb with iOS 8.3 and for the life of me can't figure our why there are greyed out duplicate songs in iTunes when connected to my PC. On my iPod it doesn't show any duplicates. When I delete them and disconnect and then reconnect my iPod, they are still there in iTunes. There are only 3 songs that do this. I attached screen shots so everyone can see and try to help.
