fake emails?

I received a email saying on the 14th of May I spent £20 on iTunes credit. I can't even access my iTunes for over a year now .so is this email fake . When I click on it . It takes me to Apple?? Refund page asking for my bank details!!

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message to Apple.
