Is there an official API to read a list of already purchased apps for a VPP account?

We use VPP and needs to preconfigure purchased apps on our MMobile Device Management system. It would be great to be able to automate by reading list of purchased apps with an api. Curently we have to use screen scraping, but this is only a work around.
