I would like to completely reset my iPod 5th gen, not just using erase all content and settings, to the original white screen that cycles through the word, "hello". Is there any way I can do this without going to an Apple Store?

Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings will give you that , including the Hello screen
