Can't transfer eBook to iPhone

In have bought a book in the iBooks store.

Now I would like to sync that with my iPhone (4s) -

but it does not show in iTunes in the list of Books in the section where I can specify which things to sync with my iPhone :-(

How can I transfer it over to my iPhone?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3

If you read the Requirements section on the purchase page, you will see that this book cannot be read on an iPhone.
