Q: My mail app has crashed. I have done the reset and problem remains. What can be done to get the mail app working?

Have you tried removing the email account from the iPad, resetting & then adding the acvount back?

I'm gettinga message on my I Pad that the mail server is not responding.  If I remove the email account and then add it back will I loose all my previouse e mails that are currently in my inbox?

I did everything (restart, shut down accountsetc.) to get it going again without success ...
