Upgraded iphone 5 to 8.1.3 and now streets will not show up when using maps. How to fix this?

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

The current version is 8.3. Where did you get 8.1.3 and why are you using it?
8.1.3 was the last update I did. Did it about 3-4 months ago. Phone is now showing 8.3 for update. Haven't had a chance to try it. Not sure if I want to with my iphone 5.
Had to go to settings - General- Reset- reset all settings. Now I see streets but it won't give directions from Current Location to where ever. Must have to fix some locational information. Don't know where to go to do that.
