cannot give/receive cellular calls suddenly, further to apple id change

Further to apple id change, I cannot any longer receive/make cellular calls... Anybody to help?

I understand that you are unable to make and receive calls on your iPhone as you would expect. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the suggested troubleshooting steps located in the attached article.
