hello, my ipod touch has been blocked, i forgot my apple id and password. I have contact the person where i bought it, they gave me a serial number and asked to send to the main apple email address, what is that email address exactly? who should i contact?

If you can't get the previous owner to remove it from their account

Then return it for a refund. If you can't do that turn it into the police together with from whom you purchased it. It is likely the iPod was lost or stolen
