Can't find air printer epson
my internet keeps going slow in spite of supposedly being fibre and when this happens can't get my ipad to find the printer. Should it work with usb part of plug in printer?

No, continue to use AIrPrint.
Try rebooting your router. Unplug it for at least 30-45 seconds, then apply power to it again.
