Hi I'm from Vietnam i bought an ipad 3 (the new ipad) 2 years ago.This is my ipad's problem i cant open wifi in the menu or in the setting,it says wifi not available.Is my wifi dead ? Can i fix it by restoring , im using ios 7.1.1 now.Thank you for your help

A trick that works frequently with iPhones:
Settings > AirPlane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > AirPlane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF
