Ipad 3 connected but no browsing
My IPad 3 with the latest IOS updates has recently developed a connection problem. I am not able to browse Internet and use the apps. Sometimes it allows me to open some websites like yahoo.com and Facebook but they also take too long to open. Apparently it is connected to the internet but I can't browse the interne. I have reset the network settings as suggested in one of the discussion forums but that too was of no help.
help please.
