Omg someone help me please

When I was on my Ipod, I had forgot my passcode cause it had been at least 4-5 months since i was last on it, so i looked up how to get into my Ipod without having to delete everything, but i couldn't find anything, the only thing i could find was, to restore my Ipod. When I restored my Ipod, I didn't get to save anything to my Icloud, so i didn't have anything left, and i already knew that it was gonna delete everything but i thought it would ask me if i wanted to move everything to my Icloud. BUT after i restored it, THEN it wanted to put stuff in my Icloud >:(

Doe's Anyone Know How to Get Everything Back That I Had on My IPod Before?!?
