I Have an iPhone 6 +. When I'm using FaceTime nobody can hear me... This is a very new issue and have never experienced it before. Also when I'm recording using the forward facing camera is won't record any audio. It's fine with the other camera it's just the front one...?

Do you have an otter box or life proof case on your phone? I have had some experience with it muffling the noise enough to where people can't hear you.
I Don't have any case at all, my voice isn't muffled, it's completely mute.
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
No one can hear me when I'm using facetime
