Trackpad won't scroll within finder on Macbook

I have a new macbook and I'm running 10.10.3 (14D136). When I am looking at the finder as a list, I'm not able to scroll using the trackpad, only by using the arrows to move my selection up and down. How can I get the trackpad to scroll?

MacBook, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Make sure it's turned on in the Trackpad System Preferences, and of course, use your 2 fingers.
