How do you view RAW photos in the in Photos app?

Greetings,

I have imported to Photos for the first time with Jpeg/Raw photos from my Nikon D200. I was dissapointed to find out that the default view in Photos is Jpeg only with a symbol (J) indicating this in the left hand of the photo thumbnails. The only way I found to switch a photo to RAW view is by going into edit mode and selecting the "image" tab and "use raw as original" and then saving. Back in gallery view the ONE photo has the (R) symbol indicating it is a RAW photo. Is there a way to view both side by side like there was in the old iPhoto program?
